In a sweeping military exercise last night on the numero uno reality adventure TV show- Gulder Ultimate search (GUS), Okop M. JJ, alias ‘Big Jay' and Abigail Opuogulaya, fell to the cold hands of eviction. They were fired for their inability to interpret the commonly used military terminology “Sierra, Alpha, Mike, Papa” in communications to form the word MAPS.

They equally failed woefully to execute the main task of forming the word- MAPS, which letters where marked on a tree stump they were asked to carry up hill and arrange accordingly as partners. Their evictions which was aired last night on popular national and cable network television across Africa and beyond, now leave only four heroes standing in the ultimate search for the “Lost Chronicle’ to banish the tyrant warlord and save the future. They are Frank, Linda, Mike and Phyna. The evicted are Rita, Brian, Biola, Fred, Abigail and JJ.

The Task:
They were asked to go and pick a compass each with the instruction “320 degree-85 paces, read and then follow the directive and whatever they find at the end, they should solve and communicate their answers individually to the presenter. They all came up with the military jargons ‘SIERRA, ALPHA, MIKE, PAPA’. Mike was the first and only contestant to arrive at the answer: ‘MAPS’. Others tried but failed.

They were later paired as follow: JJ and Abigail; Mike and Phyna; Frank and Linda and were instructed to go down the hills and lift the stumps carrying the alphabets of the word MAPS and bring it right in front of the presenter. The two other partners executed the task successfully but JJ and Abigail where found to be lagging behind. At the end, the presenter ruled: “unfortunately, we don’t tolerate people who come last in a group task. “JJ, You and Abigail, this is the end for you in the ultimate search. The lost chronicle you cannot find it. You both are hereby evicted from the ultimate search. You must leave through this path behind you to the camp, pack your things and leave the Green Hills camp.”

Not even serious threats from the rains could stop the presenter from going ahead to ensure the successful execution of the task for the day. He instructed the remaining four contestants to go down the other side of the hills and fish out the log they were looking for. “Each group must get one and bring it to the place of the Talking Drum, tonight” he said.

Place of the Talking Drum:
Mike was crowned the new camp head as reward for outstanding performance during the task. He succeeded JJ. He equally appointed Frank to become his Totem bearer. The four remaining contestants thrilled with the melodious song they earlier composed and shared opinion on what they saw the previous day in the video that was shown to them. They equally presented the item they discovered at the end of the day’s task. It was a very old map in two pieces. The two pieces were put together to make one for better understanding. They equally express their feelings of the eviction exercise.
